I brought my truck in for routine maintenance about 1 year ago and continue to do so. The owner and the technicians are knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
A couple of times, I have had emergency situations (battery died and my back window got jammed on a cold winter morning) and the owner was able to dispatch a technician out to troubleshoot the issues and get me going on my way. I was impressed with the quick and reliable service that I received considering the time constraint having to get to work on time.
The owner gives honest feedback on what services will be needed on the next visit. I am happy to say that I have found a reliable, trustworthy and fair priced auto shop in my local area instead of having to drive to NYC to my previous Toyota technician.
